In my role as counselling/therapist, I support clients to deepen your love and connection to yourself and others using mindfulness techniques, Emotional Freedom technique (EFT), and conflict resolution techniques (NVC). I offer strategies for managing anxiety, depression and addictive behaviors as well as supporting you to connect to your passion in life.
