I take a holistic approach to stress, anxiety and burnout. I help overwhelmed women, especially moms, who are struggling to manage their stress, anxiety and burnout. As a mom of 2 special needs children, I understand your need to rediscover who you are and reconnect with your spouse. I understand your goals for better time management & organization skills. i can help you gain clarity as to why you are crying or angry all the time, especially at your family, maybe even at yourself.
With over 18 years of nursing experience, I am a patient, compassionate listener with an open, non-judgmental heart. This is just who I am. We will work together to get to the root of the problem using a variety of techniques including CBT, stress management and mindfulness.
I am currently completing my Masters of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP).
