I offer counselling services to teens, adults, and specifically athletes (of all levels) covering a wide range of topics such as navigating complex emotions (anxiety, depression and grief), processing relationships/attachment, and improving work and sports performance, as well providing an ongoing space to process the multitude of challenges that come with life. Together, we will explore ways to move toward your goals. This might mean exploring your emotions, learning to set boundaries, managing life transitions or helping you change a pattern of behavior that is keeping you stuck.
I strive to create a collaborative therapeutic environment where individuals feel heard, understood, and empowered to make positive changes in their lives. I blend techniques from Mindfulness-CBT, Strength Based Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy and Emotion Focused Therapy with tailored strategies to address the unique challenges faced by each individual.
