I have been fortunate to work in community mental health and addictions for over 29 years. I have extensive clinical experience helping adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss, trauma, childhood dysfunction, emotional, physical and sexual abuse, addiction, emotion dysregulation and family/relationship challenges.
I practice from a person-centred, integrative approach and enjoy collaborating with clients to reach their goals. I have training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness as well as Grief and Bereavement.
