My approach to psychotherapy is eclectic in nature and I will work to adapt my counselling process based on the strategy and interventions that speak best to you as a client. Through my studies I've grown fond of narrative, person-centred, emotion-focused, cognitive behavioural, and solution-focused approaches to therapy.
