Whether you are going through a loss of relationship, health, or another life struggle, I provide a relaxed atmosphere where you are invited to be yourself. This is your time, and I will work with you to help you get as much out of your sessions as possible. Please be sure to check with your insurance to confirm you have coverage for (RCT) Registered Counselling Therapists, usually listed under para-medical with insurances. I offer a 30% discount for the first session (for new clients/on-line format only) to explore the therapy relationship fit and to gather information .
Your therapy will be individualized for you and your goals using an evidence based therapy. One of these approaches will be used to guide your therapy: Mindfulness; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy; Cognitive Processing Therapy; Dialectical Behaviour Therapy; Intensive Short Term Dynamic Psychotherapy; Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing.
I consider myself a holistic therapist and guide who can walk along side of you helping your to see things that are hidden from you. I will meet you wherever you are, and I will help you overcome personal obstacles that often include patterns of negative thinking, emotion, behaviours, communication. I am here for you when you are ready to start your journey.
