I work in collaboration with my clients toward a heightened sense of well-being and fulfillment. My strength-based and culturally sensitive approach is designed to assist individuals and couples in developing adaptive coping strategies, and in navigating through difficult times or circumstances. I work with a variety of problems that include but are not restricted to mood disorders, emotional processing, behavioural and addiction concerns, relational issues, and life transitions. I also provide a stress management approach with clients who present with psychological trauma, chronic pain, and/or chronic fatigue.
My background is rooted in applied behavioural science, rehabilitative interventions, and personal / professional development.
