Accepting new clients. NO waitlist. Welcome. I am glad you're here. It is common to face obstacles and adversity in life. During these times, it is critical to have support to help guide you through these obstacles and alleviate the weight placed on you. I support adolescents and adults with anxiety, depression, anger , grief, self-esteem, stress, and emotional regulation. This is a place for you to explore your inner world and navigate these challenges.
You can expect our sessions to be client-centered, with an emphasis on addressing life challenges using a CBT and compassion-focused lens. This is a safe space for you to explore your thoughts and feelings in a nonjudgmental therapeutic setting while also developing techniques to help you navigate and cope with life challenges.
I am a firm believer that with the right support, we all possess the ability to manage life's challenges and overcome obstacles.
