Whether our feelings and sensations are dark or pleasant, they offer us important information to help better understand ourselves and the world around us. Through exploration, acceptance, and expression, healing and growth can happen and our life can be more meaningful.
My rich professional and personal experience allows me to work well with a diverse range of issues and populations. However, I have a strong passion for exploring the ways our early experiences impact our lives as adults. I also have my own journey through loss and healing which has given me an exquisite understanding of the complexities of grief.

A Healing Space: Grief Support Group
Navigating the wilderness of grief can be a deeply painful and isolating experience. Sharing a sacred space with others on a similar journey can allow powerful healing to unfold. This 8-week therapeutic support group program will provide information & tools to help you navigate the strange landscape of grief, as well as offer a space to feel heard, understood, & witnessed in your grief. Christina is a bereaved mother, sister, and daughter and holds a deep understanding of the complexities of loss and healing. $600 includes 8 X 90 minute sessions & group manual. Receipt for insurance benefits will be issued. Email for next start date.
