My name is Christina. My current clinical focus is with adults & teens (16+ & couples). I am LGBTQIA2S-safe, trauma-informed & anti-racist practitioner in Treaty 6 (Saskatoon). I have experience with & a passion for working with Healthcare & Emergency Service Personnel. I am also honoured to be one of the approved therapists with NIHB serving anyone who holds Treaty status. The focus of my clinical training has been in Emotionally-Focused Therapy (for couples), Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy. I am a trauma-informed therapist - I start from a place of acknowledgement for "what happened to you", not "what's wrong with you."
I describe as my style as direct, curious & compassionate. You can expect homework or resource/book recommendations if you're interested.
