As a Registered Counsellor I take a gentle and empathetic approach in supporting my clients who are moving through time of anxiety, panic attacks, overwhelm, stress, life transitions and grief. Through a gentle exploration, counselling invites you to uncover your own answers, while providing the space to wander through your feelings, thoughts, beliefs, and parts of Self. My practice involves an all-embracing approach, welcoming somatic therapy, parts work, mindfulness, and narrative therapy into our shared space.
