I also offer a sliding scale so you are not limited to the sessions your insurance will cover.

I am a Registered Psychologist with over 10 years of experience providing addiction and mental health counselling and crisis intervention services to adult clients. I provide clients with a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental counselling environment where growth can occur. I am passionate about helping clients work towards their goals and make positive changes in their lives. I offer individual therapy for adult clients experiencing issues such as addiction/substance abuse, anxiety, depression, emotional regulation, grief and loss, life transitions, stress, and trauma. I also have an interest in perinatal mental health.
