Therapy is one of the most powerful tools we have to navigate the challenges of life. My clients often find that after engaging in counselling for some time, not only are life's challenges easier to endure but its joys are equally richer.
As a Somatic practitioner, I centre the body in the therapeutic process and may use movement or expressive arts in our sessions. I am deeply inspired by Jungian depth psychology, and my approach to therapy is, in short, "making the unconscious conscious". Change only comes after awareness, and I hope to support my clients to discover their own inner world.
