I provide a supportive, non-judgemental and safe space, meeting you where you are, with the focus of developing greater self-awareness, understanding of your emotions, improving your relationships with others and yourself and learning some skills to help you manage those overwhelming times. When you are ready to reach out, I am here to listen and support you to achieve your goals.
I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental, and attentive approach using emotionally focused, mindfulness, self-compassion, and attachment approaches. My experience includes supporting adults with anxiety, depression, abuse, parenting, separation and divorce. I also bring years of life experience as a parent, step-parent, and grandparent to my practice.
