I am a compassionate psychotherapist, committed to understanding your unique set of needs and building on your inherent strengths to move through challenges and areas where you may feel stuck. I provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families, with specialized training supporting adolescents (14 and up) and young adults in navigating life’s challenges.
My experience has provided me opportunities to work with a wide range of presenting concerns, including mood and anxiety disorders, behavioural and emotional difficulties, relationship struggles, trauma and attachment, autism spectrum disorder, and parenting support.
