A common misconception is that you need to hit "rock bottom" before you decide to seek counselling. I have a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology and extensive post-graduate specialty training in somatic and existential therapies. My clinical interests are helping people through depression and anxiety, religious trauma, chronic illness & pain, grief & loss, relationship issues, developmental/relational trauma, sexuality, identity and meaning.
When I am not seeing clients, I am fulfilling my role as the Clinical Director at Vitality Collective, a group of clinical counsellors with locations in Surrey, Vancouver, and Chilliwack. I consider myself a life-long learner and am always looking for new ways to develop myself both personally and professionally.
