Human beings crave the comfort and closeness of relationships but can also suffer in the chaos of them. Rigid and negative patterns can develop in relationships causing disconnection and hurt. Therapy can provide unique opportunities to interrupt what is not working and repair, reimagine, and create the relationships people want and need.
I specialize in relational therapy, specifically in the areas of attachment, intimacy, trauma and ADHD. I work systemically, focusing on emotions and believe that relationships change when we change how we engage in them.
My approach to therapy is creative, authentic, and compassionate. My goal is to create a space for clients to explore the discomfort that leads to meaningful change.
