I have worked in the mental health field in trauma and addictions as a counsellor, leader, and advocate since 2010. I specialize in treating trauma, couples work, and eating disorders. I am a Metis woman and offer a holistic approach to mental health. I am passionate about supporting mental wellness and supporting my clients to meet their goals.
