I hold a Bachelors degree in Arts (Major in Psychology) and Social Work from the University of Manitoba. I have over 10 years of experience working with children and families from all walks of life. I am knowledgeable in working with individuals experiencing relationship difficulties, parent-teen conflict, general parenting issues, struggles with life changes, mental health struggles and more.
My therapeutic approaches, strategies, and techniques are tailored using a client-centered approach. I value being able to empower the people I work with, and to help them achieve their goals. I believe that trust and collaboration is the foundation to any therapeutic relationship as I believe whole-heartedly that the client is the expert in their own life.
