I have extensive experience working with various challenges, from day-to-day stressors to neurodiversity to building self-esteem. I have experience with biological and cognitive bases of behaviour and actively use my knowledge to help clients identify patterns, increase tolerance, and build skills to address their challenges. I strive to foster an empathetic and safe environment that allows my clients to freely express themselves and progress toward their healing journey. My main focus is to support clients of any age who are faced with anxiety, depression, disabilities, and various daily challenges, such as academic stress.

By using approaches such as ACT, CBT, and Solution-Focused Therapy, Charlotte tailors her therapeutic approach to suit each client’s unique personality and goals.
