Mental health is nested within a network of relationships and our past experience. In therapy, we work together to untangle these networks to build awareness and form new and useful habits or patterns that serve you and your loved ones. I work with youth and adults managing low mood/self-esteem, depression/suicide, anxiety, ADHD, eating and body image concerns, relationship difficulties (family, romantic etc.), grief, and day to day stressors.
I am trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy which is a skills and solution focused approach that explores the relationship between thoughts, behaviours, and emotions. I also support exploration of life challenges in a deeper capacity and use the body and its signals as a key source of information.
Humour is part of my natural communication style and I try to make space for this in therapy to connect. I offer an open and non-judgemental space to safely explore needs. I offer a discounted fee for any student enrolled in full time college or university studies. Virtual, in person, outdoor/walking sessions are available. All are welcome.
