I’m here to tell you that I specialize in helping people to heal within themselves, their relationships and to create new pathways in their body, mind and spirit to feel whole, precious and well again, or perhaps for the first time.
Every event touches our mind, body and spirit. As a therapist, I strive to see the whole person and the whole picture that has shaped you and the events leading up to our first meeting. With me you’ll find a safe, non-judgmental place for you to begin, or continue, to heal through an attachment based, trauma-informed and holistic approach to therapy.
I combine Emotionally Focused Therapy and Somatic Experiencing to promote lasting and effective change. Together I hope to develop a goal, intention, or vision for a better and happier life that begins from the inside and radiates out.
