Connection and Confidence: Children & Teens
Have a teen (12-16) who is struggling socially? Are they having a tough time transitioning back with all the uncertainty these days? We offer an 8-week program in a non-judgmental space to learn about and improve: Confidence, Self-esteem, Managing anxiety and other difficult feelings. Our group is run by two psychologists committed to supporting teens to weather difficult moments and learn helpful lifelong skills. Investment: $480 (eligible for insurance reimbursement).
