Welcome. I am a clinical psychologist who specializes in the psychological treatment of mood and anxiety disorders (including trauma) with an emphasis in women’s health. Sample areas of treatment include: 1. childhood trauma, complex trauma and other traumatic stress presentations; 2. trauma(s) that may include relational, sexual, and/or other possibly gendered components; 3. reproductive and/or maternal health concerns (sexual health, miscarriage, postpartum, etc) ; 4. chronic pain conditions, including pelvic pain (i.e. endometriosis and vaginismus); 5. life transitions (including grief and loss); 6. mood and anxiety concerns.
I am trained in a variety of methods that can help you to reach your goals. I value being compassionate, collaborative, and effective. Offering care that is safe for your identity and culture is another value that informs my practice.
