Accepting NEW clients. I provide individual and family therapy to children, teens and adults. I have over 15 years working in hospitals, schools, residential treatment and private practice. I offer EMDR, CBT, CPT, emotion focused, play therapy, solution focused, family dynamic and talk therapy to set realistic goals & steps to accomplish them. I assist my clients in having a more positive outlook on their environment & create resiliency in clients I work with.
My goal is to support my clients through a strength based approach that focuses on realistic goal setting through patience, empathy & understanding that every client is different with unique life challenges.
