For others, there may be genuine dysregulation in the autonomic and central nervous system - this can make feeling grounded, connected and balanced very difficult. Working with technology, we can help you understand your brain, why you may be vulnerable or helpless in some areas, and confident, resilient and excelling in others.
With an integrative approach, with interests in IFS, I utilize training in Q-EEG Brain Mapping to help you better understand your brain; Neurofeedback to help train your brain to become more flexible and change its pattern of activity for more optimal functioning. When appropriate, I use a combination of EMDR and IFS for deeper trauma work.
I know that trusting someone you don't yet know can be tough, especially when life has provided ample situations of being misunderstood, let down, or of being hurt. I am trauma informed, and have a fully developed ability to accept you as you are and to work with the parts of you who are striving towards growth and understanding
