I specialize in the mental health support of children, youth and young adults as well as their families/caregivers. I have experience supporting new diagnosis, medical complexities, eating disorders, neurodiversity (autism, ADHD, OCD, etc), sexual identity, gender identity, grief & loss, life stages & transitions, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation & self-harm, and more. I am an NIHB provider and have a special interest in providing culturally safe care to indigenous populations. I am also an approved provider for VAC and have an interest in providing support to veterans.
I believe in supporting the entire family system (where appropriate) in an affirming and client-centred approach. Sessions are interactive and engaging, meeting clients where they are at and using a strength-based methods.
