Together, using both cutting-edge neuroscience-based therapeutic methods and holistic contemplative practices, we will gently explore issues, connect to your strengths, process and heal at root level. Working with children, youth and adults, I integrate methods most effective in addressing individual concerns including anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, grief, loss, divorce, life transitions, relationship issues, stress and burnout - specializing in full trauma recovery.
