I support couples to reconnect, enhance communication and work through conflict utilizing Gottman Method couples therapy.
Rooted in person-centred and trauma informed care, I work within an integrative practice model that prioritizes the safety and wellbeing of all individuals from different walks of life. I provide my clients with an environment that fosters deep self-exploration and the space to create new understanding and meaning for the pain they may be holding.
My greatest desire is to support you in feeling seen and owning your story to cultivate a place of worthiness and acceptance. It is through my own adversities and life work that I am able to walk in this world whole heartedly and engage with myself and others from a place of vulnerability and compassion.
