A holistic client-centered counselling service, ECCS offers strategies to manage anxiety, depression, trauma and personality disorders. Currently screening for upcoming 12 week weekly trauma group beginning September 12, 2024. I offer 1:1, couples, family, group therapy; life coaching, psychoeducation and consulting and supervision. My practice is informed by Client-Centered; Strengths-Based Perspective; Cognitive Therapy (CBT); Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT); Mentalization, Mindfulness-Based approach. I draw upon the existential, inner child work, developmental theory.
