I am passionate about working with people who are seeking professional and compassionate support to address areas of distress in their lives - including anxiety, depression, grief, stress and substance use concerns, etc. I believe that people are generally resilient and, at times, require support to inventory their coping skills - by tweaking existing skills and/or adding new tools to their coping toolbox - in order to live balanced lives. I can provide treatment for diagnosed or suspected acute trauma, mood and anxiety disorders.
I supervise clinical interns, RP(Q)s & RPs, offering $110 sessions, providing quality services. Furthermore, I bring over 25 years of experience working in the fields of addiction and trauma. I appreciate the strength it takes to keep going when faced with adversity. I enjoy working with people to find ways to heal and to move forward in their lives.

Groups
Virtual Clinical Group Supervision
Bi-weekly clinical supervision group every other Tuesday morning from 9:30-11am EST. Fee is $85/90 minutes. Focus is on individual psychotherapy.

Virtual Couples Therapy Group Supervision
1 hour bi-weekly VIRTUAL clinical supervision group for Master's level clinicians who are actively providing couples therapy (with specialized training in Gottman, EFT, etc). This is not an education course - clinical supervision on client cases. Fee is $75/hour.
