For over 10 years, I have worked with mental health, addiction, and concurrent disorders in the community, public and private sectors. For the past 6 years, I worked mainly with individuals who have sustained brain injuries from a motor vehicle accident, I also have experience working with individuals who are challenged by chronic pain, PTSD, anxiety, OCD and depression. In the last year, I developed a keen interest in psychedelic enhanced psychotherapy, and have became certified through the MindSetting Institute, I am currently an associate delivering psychedelic enhanced psychotherapy with MindSetting institute.
Skills: Dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy, cognitive processing therapy, traumatic bereavement, trauma informed therapy, narrative therapy and psychedelic enhanced therapy. My skills set also includes helping individuals and families cope with trauma related to motor vehicle accidents, manage chronic pain and brain injuries.
