Reaching out for therapeutic support is brave. I congratulate you on taking this first step. I am an individual and couples therapist who takes an Emotionally Focused Therapy approach. I view each client and couple as unique with the potential to flourish. I have experience working with diverse populations who need support with processing and overcoming trauma, abuse, relationship challenges, wounds of abandonment, rejection and betrayal, addictions, emotional dysregulation, and sexual struggles. If you are feeling alone and disconnected from yourself or your partner I can support you to reconnect and express your needs.
My approach is to support you in deepening emotional experiences to reconnect with yourself and bond with others in a nourishing way. I offer a therapeutic process where you can gain awareness of your emotions, understand what they mean to you, and communicate them effectively. My goal is to support you in healing by developing fulfilling relationships.
