I’m glad you found me here! I am a Registered Master level Social Worker practicing in Saskatoon. I believe we all have challenges in living periodically and we do the best with what we have. Many clients I work with are looking for support with challenges such as anxiety, eating difficulties, depression, stress, anger, trauma, grief and loss, suicidal ideation, relationship dynamics and family of origin concerns. I am passionate about working with people and offer a safe place to explore, process and create change in your life. I work with clients from all walks of life, ranging from mid-teens to adults.
My therapeutic approach is client-centred, and strength based. I do not believe in a one size fits all method and utilize various elements from solution focused, family systems, narrative, mindfulness, and compassion-based therapies. Additionally, I will use dialectical behaviour and cognitive behavioural therapy depending on the needs of the client.
I am easy to talk to and will provide you with a comfortable space to share your concerns without fear of judgement. I know it’s important to feel heard, respected, understood and safe, and to find a counsellor that you can connect with.
