The focus of my work is with clients seeking therapy for anxiety (PTSD, OCD, driving anxiety etc...) and depressive disorders (depression, adjustment with depression) as well as individuals with ADD/ADHD I use a mindfulness based therapy called ACT for treating emotional issues and biofeedback and neurofeedback technology for working with clients who have ADD and ADHD. The rate I charge for therapy is $220.00 per hour, the rate recommended by the BC Psychological Association.

What’s the difference between a psychologist, a therapist, and a counsellor?
