I have a specific interest in trauma, anxiety, emotion regulation, and interpersonal relationships.
Practicing from an anti-oppressive lens, my clinical style is grounded in empathy, warmth, and curiosity – all of which seek to foster a safe environment. As I believe people are the expert of their own lives and experiences, our sessions will be collaboratively guided by your goals, with a focus on increasing agency and resiliency in your life.
