Hi, I'm Carly! I believe that every person possesses the skills, strength and resilience to overcome personal problems. Whether struggling with unhelpful thoughts or behaviours, processing difficult emotions, or navigating a challenging experience, I encourage you to reach out. I provide a compassionate and non-judgmental space for clients to share their stories. My goal is to support you in reframing negative perceptions that you may hold about yourself or your life. Through recognizing that our stories are not fixed, together we can create a new narrative that allows you to feel empowered and in control of your life.
I am a Registered Social Worker (15778) with over six years of experience working with youth and adults in both clinical and community mental health settings. I have supported people with various challenges including depression, suicidality, anxiety, bipolar disorder, low self-esteem, addiction, life transitions, and trauma.
I am completing my Master of Social Work degree under the supervision of Matty Devenish (MSW, RSW). My practice draws from CBT, DBT, Narrative Therapy and Mindfulness. Online and in-person sessions are available.
