Her practice is grounded in trauma-informed, anti-oppressive, and strengths-based approaches. She is HAES aligned and LGBTQ+ affirming. She has the belief that you have everything you need to heal within you - she just helps explore and uncover it.

Life can be full of joy and adventure, and it can also be marked with seasons of deep pain, loneliness, anger, and confusion. Carlene believes in the healing power of human connection, and understands the courage it takes to seek therapy.
