This is what I strive to provide you with as I help you summon your inner resources to build self-acceptance, empowerment, and inner peace. It is easy to believe that we do not deserve these things when feelings of guilt and shame prevent us from loving and forgiving ourselves. This can lead us to feel stuck in the past, making it hard to move forward. However, I believe that we are all capable of growing and achieving internal peace, hence why it is my honour and privilege to help you find yours.
My therapeutic approach is humanistic and integrative. I utilize a Person-Centred framework while incorporating elements of Gestalt, Existential, and Solution-Focused therapies. I also utilize elements of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. My style is likewise collaborative, strengths-based, and unconditionally regarding of your perspective and experiences.
