Many of the clients that I see are looking for personal growth, self-discovery and healing. Common topics that bring my clients to therapy include managing; grief, stress, trauma, anxiety and relationship challenges such as boundaries, separation and betrayal. My approach uses mindfulness and psychosomatic based therapeutic interventions. Working within the mind/body interface, we get curious about how underlying beliefs and patterns are embodied and is experienced. Through this facilitated and compassionate self-study we work to release what is no longer working and make space for personal transformation.
I offer a space that is free from judgement, and to build a deeper connection with yourself and the world around you. I know that the therapeutic relationship the most important component within therapy when fostering personal growth and healing.
