My practice focuses on the psychological treatment of children, adolescents, and adults. Presenting issues include anxiety, depression, challenges with emotions, trauma, and relationship issues. We also provide specialized emotion-focused parent consultation. Personally, I have over twenty years of experience as a clinical psychologist working within the London community and I am inviting a doctoral-level psychology resident into my practice in September 2024. My approach is integrative, but I do strongly respect the role of emotions and attachment in understanding difficulties and promoting healing.
I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of hospital and community settings, including community mental health, primary care, and tertiary care. In my clinical work I integrate my research experience in the area of child and adult attachment with empirically validated treatments.
