I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) pursuing a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology, in good standing with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. I have broad exposure to a plethora of therapeutic modalities including CBT, ACT, Narrative Therapy, SFBT, and Mindfulness. I have been a Registered Nurse since 2016, specializing in critical care, in good standing with the College of Nurses of Ontario. My intensive care medicine background has allowed me to integrate complementary therapies with conventional medicine, enhancing care for a wide demographic of clients.
I have pursued extensive studies in mindfulness and meditation at McMaster University, earning a certificate in the Advanced Principles and Practice of Mindfulness. My expertise has been recognized at national conferences for the GBS/CIDP Foundation of Canada, where I presented wellness strategies through a biopsychosocial lens, emphasizing mindfulness.
