Who Are We? We are Counsellors and Educators. Emotional Health Practitioners have completed a two year training and internship, in addition to their prerequisite designations in Social Work, Psychology, or Health Sciences. We believe education to be the primary foundation for generating lasting changes in behaviour.
What Do We Do? We counsel and teach. Neural Network Therapy® emerged in 1997, largely in response to advancements in neuroscience. We provide a holistic approach to boost mood, reduce anxiety, manage anger, break unwanted habits and develop strong, healthy relationships.
A neural network is a habit that’s formed in the brain. Neural Network Therapy® will forge new and improved habits, in place of old and unwanted ones. You can't unlearn the science of well-being.
