Hi, I'm Jenna, the owner/operator of Calm Tides Counselling, located in St George, NB. I provide in person and online therapy for individuals (18+) in the Charlotte County and surrounding areas that is collaborative, empathetic, respectful and safe. I come to the field with over ten years of experience in social work practice working with complex family dynamics, child welfare, gender based violence, parenting challenges and substance use. I offer a client centered approach and work with individuals struggling with the effects of trauma, anxiety, depression, chronic stress and burnout. I am currently accepting new clients.
