Hello, My name is Caitlin Solheim and I am a Registered Psychologist and owner of CLS Psychology. I am here to listen to your concerns and build a connection with you. If you are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, depressed, hurt, or even misunderstood, I want to hear your story. Whether you feel you need to work through past conflicts and complex issues or maybe you just need an educated outside perspective, I am ready to sit down with you, hear what you have to say, and help you discover who you really are.
I have a passion for helping people work through the many difficulties in their lives by listening with empathy. My goal is to create a safe, non-judgmental space that allows my clients to feel secure enough to be able to express themselves fully. I teach grounding, mindfulness techniques, and other coping skills as well.
