Mediation/ Parenting Coordination
Our mediation services involve developing a final resolution plan that honours both parties. We provide mediation for individuals, families, business, and corporate relationships. Child-centered mediation between parents considers the best interests of the children while maintaining a strong relationship with each parent, irrespective of who has legal or physical custody. Our Parenting Coordination experts assist separated parents in further developing their co-parenting skills and following their established parenting agreement in a way that supports the best interests of the children.

Emotional Regulation for Kids (Emoticon)
Does your child have BIG emotions? Our Emoticon workshop, for children ages 8-10, teaches kids how to understand and process their feelings and emotions healthfully. This 7 week workshop equips and empowers children with emotional regulation tools that they can use for a lifetime! Participants learn through interactive games and hands-on activities in a supportive environment with other kids. Children will learn how to: Identify and process feelings in helpful ways, practice strategies to regulate emotions and develop practical tools to cope with extreme emotions, all while having fun and building relationships.

Adult DBT Skills Group
Take control of your thoughts, emotions and relationships with DBT skills training. This emotional regulation group is helpful for anyone 18 years+, including people experiencing depression, anxiety, borderline personality disorder (BPD), post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), self harm, eating disorders, and substance abuse. This 18 week group teaches you to overcome emotional overwhelm, manage crisis with calm, improve your relationships and how to be present through mindfulness. The course is ONLINE and begins January 22nd, 2024.
