Hi everyone! I am Brynn Hanson (she/her), a Registered Psychologist through the College of Alberta Psychologists. Knowing how to reach out for support or where to turn can be hard. My goal is to help make that next step a little easier. Everyone has a unique journey and I work alongside each client as they move through their journey using a collaborative and client-centered approach. I understand that life has cycles of challenges and joys and a fundamental aspect of my practice is to work with clients to help develop skills that assist them through challenging times, while also allowing them to fully embrace the good times.
My areas of focus are anxiety, depression, relational difficulties, life transitions, self-doubt, difficulty with social skills, and the prenatal/postpartum period.
