We can untangle the mess, find the knots & frayed parts & learn to weave new strategies that make sense. Let's disrupt the default, try something new & figure out the why’s & how’s to best respond to your unique needs. I work with kids, teens, adults & elders when life gets really big. I work from an Integrative Psychotherapeutic framework & honour the harmony of the whole person.
We use a multi-modal approach with movement, sound, expressive arts & mindfulness, to practice cultivating awareness, stabilization & integration. We build capacity to regulate together, be in our body & mind in safe ways, through building trust, bringing curiosity, playfulness & enlivenment to our experiences.
With extensive experience & training in trauma, crisis, attachment, loss, regulation, integration and survivorship practices, for over 15 years I have supported therapeutic services with children, youth, adults, families, elders & groups in clinic & community with interventions based on research-validated knowledge.
