I enjoy working with all age groups who present with a variety of life issues. I have experience in treating issues around addiction, depression, anxiety, grief and interpersonal relationships.

I specialize in the area of addiction, having spent 29 years as an addiction counsellor, 23 of those in private practice. I now incorporate a number of therapeutic orientations into my counselling including Motivational Interviewing, CBT, Brief and Narrative Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
