Brown Counselling and Therapy Services is a team of qualified therapists who are passionate about working alongside you to provide the tools to help you navigate through life's up and downs. Throughout our lives we encounter a variety of difficulties and struggles; my goal is to understand and help you explore your individual situation in a collaborative manner to find a path through which to overcome or accept these challenges.
I use an eclectic approach in our sessions, drawing from various approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), solution-focused therapy, and positive psychology in order to meet your individual needs and strengths.
I help adults and adolescents overcome challenges including anxiety, grief, and interpersonal relationships. I also have a special interest in supporting those with concerns related to sport performance because of my unique experience in competitive and professional athletics.
